Robert H. Siegel

New Jersey Divorce Attorney Robert H. Siegel received his B.A. from Brandeis University in Massachusetts, where he was a member of the Dean's List and graduated with a Political Science major and Economics minor. Mr. Siegel was also a member of the school's NCAA Division III tennis team.
Mr. Siegel received his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he participated in Moot Court and received the CALI High-Grade Award in Appellate Advocacy. He recently earned his L.L.M. in Taxation from Boston University.
Mr. Siegel served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Hunterdon County Family Division after law school and was certified to mediate both special civil and small claims matters. Since that time, Mr. Siegel has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law and has published articles on complex topics such as UIFSA and the Hague Convention.
Mr. Siegel has extensive experience litigating at both large and small firms, including Riker Danzig, and has argued various Family Law cases in trial courts throughout New Jersey. Mr. Siegel has successfully tried multiple custody and domestic violence cases and has argued various complex matters before the New Jersey Appellate Division. He has also volunteered his time to work with the Rachel Coalition for victims of domestic violence.
